Deposits: A card on file is required for all clients to book an appointment at our studio. Your card will be securely stored through our Square booking system and WILL NOT be charged at the time of booking. This will ensure that we are able to reserve time for your service.
Cancellations: Clients must give 24 hour notice of appointment cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice is not received 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time, your card on file will be charged a fee of 50% of missed appointment total.
No-Show: Failure to arrive or cancel a scheduled appointment will result in a “no-show” fee that will be charged to your card on file. Please understand that while we love what we do, it is also how we make a living. We set aside time just for you and your service and when you do not contact us to cancel your appointment, it affects our schedule and out livelihood. We are unable to fill a no-show appointment slot. Please be considerate and contact your esthetician if you feel you are unable to make your appointment.
Children & Pets: For safety and sanitary reasons, PLEASE do not bring your children or pets to your appointment at Hey Sugar. We try to ensure that the studio is a calm environment for both the benefit of our clients sharing the space as well as our focused lash techs. We are unable to supervise children during your services.
Illness: If you are feeling unwell due to possible sickness, please inform your esthetician prior to your appointment and we will be happy to work with you on a solution to reschedule. We take health very seriously in this industry and exposing your estheticians to an illness automatically exposes all of our other clients for the day to the same illness. As a esthetician, becoming ill can set back our schedules immensely and will inconvenience a large number of clients. We are unable to work on clients who show any signs or symptoms of being ill and will reschedule for the next appropriate appointment.
Refunds: When scheduling an appointment at Hey Sugar, you are purchasing our esthetician time and skill set. We do not offer refunds of any kind for services given during your appointment time. If for some reason you are unhappy with the services received, please contact us within 72 hours of the initial application and we would be happy to work with you to make sure you are satisfied to the best of our ability. Refunds will not be given if proper aftercare instructions were not followed.
